Thank you for shopping with So Serene LDN. Each candle is hand-poured and carefully prepared with intention and care. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how your order is processed and delivered.

 

Order Processing

All orders are hand-packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

During busy periods or new product launches, processing times may be slightly extended. If this happens, we’ll always keep you updated.

 

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship our candles within the United Kingdom and internationally.

Shipping availability, zones, and costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.

 

UK Shipping Options

We offer the following delivery services within the UK:

  • Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class): 3–5 working days

  • Tracked Delivery (Royal Mail 48 Tracked): 2–3 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to postal delays.

 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping on candles.

Shipping zones, delivery times, and costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs charges or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Delivery location

  • Order size and weight

  • Selected shipping method
