To keep your lip balm at its best:

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or heat.

• During warmer months, you can pop it in the fridge for a few minutes if it feels too soft.

• In cooler months, simply warm the surface of the balm with your finger or lips for a few seconds before applying — it’ll melt on contact.

• Always replace the lid tightly to keep it clean and fresh.

Because our balms are made with pure natural butters and oils, their texture can gently change with the seasons — slightly firmer in cooler months and softer in warmer weather. This is completely natural and won’t affect the quality or effectiveness of your balm.

If you notice a light grainy texture, it’s simply the natural butters crystallising — a normal process that melts effortlessly on contact with your lips.
